Beef Jerky
This marinade is a good sweet and spicy mix for jerky. The meat can be dehydrated, but I prefer to smoke it on the pellet grill at the lowest setting.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix 1/2 cup(s) soy sauce, 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar, 2 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar, 2 tablespoon(s) chili garlic sauce, 2 teaspoon(s) black pepper, 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon(s) sesame seeds in a gallon zip lock bag. Add 1 pound(s) thinly sliced beef (sizzle steak) and marinate overnight.
Step 2
Hang slices from top rack of the pellet grill.
Step 3
Set the grill on the lowest smoke setting.
Step 4
Smoke for 3 1/2 hours.
