Chicken Pita
I don't know if this is technically a shawarma, but it tasted pretty good to me and the kids actually ate it too.

Instructions
Step 1
Slice 3 pound(s) boneless skinless chicken thighs into strips and making sure to remove any bones or gristle that may still remain in the chicken.
Step 2
Coat the chicken with 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil and then coat the chicken with 1 tablespoon(s) black pepper, 2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin, 1 teaspoon(s) ground coriander, 1 teaspoon(s) ground tumeric, and 2 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning. Once well coated, lay in the sheet pan in a single layer.
Step 3
Broil the chicken for 6-7 minutes on high. Take the sheet pan out of the oven and flip the chicken. Cook for another 6-7 minutes.
Step 4
Cut a PIta bread in half to make a pocket to stuff in chicken. Coat the inside with tzatziki sauce and Toom garlic dip. Add some slices of wickles pickles spears, some 1 diced tomato.
Step 5
Some additionall addons that would be good in this: olives, pickeled onions, and feta cheese.
