Instructions
Step 1
In the stand mixer, mix together the white cake mix, 1 large egg, 8 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter, softened, and 4 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened until a soft dough forms. Put this dough in the fridge for at least an hour.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Set out a cookie sheet.
Step 3
Scoop out and roll the dough into 24 dough balls. Press each ball flat and place a 24 Rolo candies in the center.
Step 4
Manipulate the cookie dough around the 24 Rolo candies and roll it back into a ball. Cover the ball in 3 1/2 tablespoon(s) cinnamon sugar and place on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake for 9-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes before moving to a piece of parchment paper.
Step 6
They get stuck to the pan if you leave them too long so get a good metal spatula to scrape them onto the parchment paper.
