Step 1
Bring 48 ounce(s) chicken stock to a simmer in a large pot or dutch oven. Add 1 tablespoon(s) fish sauce, 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce, 3 clove(s) minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon(s) minced ginger. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Cut the roots off the bottom of each of the 6 bundles baby bok choy. Wash the leaves and shake the water off. Add to the simmering broth.
Step 3
Add in the 1 pound(s) frozen wontons (pork and leek) and simmer until wontons are cooked.
